Statement of Faith

I believe all scripture is “God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness.” (2 Timothy 3:16) and that the 66 books of the Bible, from Genesis to Revelation are the exhaustive, inerrant and inspired Word of God, upon which I unapologetically stand on and teach from.

I believe that through the study and application of the Truths in the Bible we are able to be changed in mighty ways. I believe in the promises of God as well as His warnings.  I do not believe in watering down or sugar-coating the messages contained within the Holy Scriptures. I am called to teach the Truth, not popular opinions.

I believe that we cannot become more like Jesus without God's amazing grace and the indwelling presence of the Holy Spirit, Whose ongoing work of sanctification after redemption produces life changing fruit — love, joy, peace, long-suffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, meekness and self-control. (Galatians 5:22)

I believe I am forgiven of my sins but repentance must come first.  “Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners” and can fully redeem and powerfully use even those who consider they have been “the worst.” (1 Timothy 1:15). Praise God for His mercy!

I believe Jesus Christ is “the way, the truth, and the life.” (John 14:6).  "Without the way, there is no going; without the truth, there is no knowing; without the life, there is no living." ~ Thomas a Kempis

I believe that “salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name, Jesus Christ, under heaven given to man by which we must be saved.” (Acts 4:12).  I thank God that He doesn’t give me what I truly deserve as a sinner--eternal separation from Him.  I am well aware of and stand in reverent fear of the power of our Almighty God and know that because of Christ's redemptive sacrifice--and my acceptance of that gift--I will spend eternity in Heaven with Him.

I believe that “if we claim to be without sin, we deceive ourselves and the truth is not in us.” (1 John 1:8) and “if we confess our sins, He is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness.” (1 John 1:9).  I confess that while I am born again and a new creation in Christ, I am still flesh and may make choices out of that flesh that I will need to repent of. I am so grateful for 1 John 1:9!

I believe God “is patient, not wanting any to perish but everyone to come to repentance.” (2 Peter 3:9)

I believe that every believer in Christ is the “temple of the Holy Spirit.” (1 Corinthians 6:19)

I believe we have been “baptized by one Spirit into one body.” (1 Corinthians 12:13)

I believe we have “different kinds of gifts but the same Spirit.”  (1 Corinthians 12:4)

I believe that we are “all one in Christ Jesus" (Galatians 3:28) and I recognize the value and equality of all members of the body of Christ as His heirs. (Galatians 3:29)

Mission Statement

Matthew 28:18-20 :  "Then Jesus came to them and said, 'All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me.  Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit,  and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you.”

My mission is to help girls and women become disciplined disciples of Jesus Christ, through my lessons and Bible distribution.  Because every person can learn something new each day within the pages of the Bible, anyone who seeks will experience God in Scripture, become spiritually mature, reap the blessings of a deeper relationship with Him, and can have the assurance of Heaven by accepting Jesus Christ as their personal Savior. I pray you are blessed and He is praised! I pray, "Not to us, O Lord, not to us but to your name be the glory"  (Psalm 115:1) I further pray that those that I minister to will wholeheartedly reject the idea of putting me on a pedestal nor look only to me to be fed. Look to Christ first— ALWAYS.

This ministry is not at all about me but all about HIM.

A Prayer for Salvation and Transformation

* This is not a "magic" prayer but a guide.  You are saved only by repentance of sins and acceptance of Christ's sacrifice on the cross.

For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.  For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him. Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe stands condemned already because they have not believed in the name of God’s one and only Son. (John 3:16-18)

Jesus came to earth, died on the cross for our sins, and three days later rose from the grave. Because of His sacrifice, we are forgiven by God and can spend eternity in heaven with Him but first we must make the decision to accept His free gift of salvation. Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved. (Acts 4:12)

The Christian faith is about a relationship with Jesus and building our lives upon Him, the Rock.  If you don’t know Jesus and want to be assured of heaven when you leave this earth, please let me encourage you with this: It's never too late to get to know Him and you won’t regret it! He loves you! Unconditionally.  No matter how much you've messed up.   Are you ready to begin experiencing the abundant life  He has promised?  If so, then won't you pray this prayer?

Lord, I confess I have sinned and need your forgiveness.  Help me to turn from my sins and begin living for you.  Jesus, I invite you to come into my life and heart as my Savior and Lord and I accept your free gift of salvation, as displayed upon the Cross and in the Resurrection.  Please help me to follow you from this day forward and be all that you created me to be.  Amen.

If you have just prayed this prayer from your heart, Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come:  The old has gone, the new is here! (2 Corinthians 5:17).  Because of your willingness to repent of your sins and rest on the sacrifice of Jesus, you are born again and assured of eternal life in Heaven.  How exciting!! While this is a wonderful and important first step, I encourage you to continue to grow as a disciple of Jesus Christ by studying the Bible, applying it  to your life and allowing it to transform you.  Also, connect with fellow believers who will help you on your journey--through Bible studies, Sunday school and mission work.  May God strengthen you and your faith!

I waited patiently for the Lord; he inclined to me and heard my cry. He drew me up from the pit of destruction, out of the miry bog, and set my feet upon a rock, making my steps secure. He put a new song in my mouth, a song of praise to our God.  (Psalm 40:1-3)
